Will Sony ever surprise us with an on-time PS3 extra? Sony recently announced that Life With PlayStation is on hold, but will definitely be released as a free extra. Life With PlayStation is Sony’s answer to the Wii’s home menu… but BETTER! It shows users the Earth, and allows users to find out live weather forecasts from around the globe, as well as enabling you to pull out headlines and full news articles from different parts of the world, keeping gamers up to date!
But it doesn’t end there; while running Life With PlayStation, Folding@Home will be running in the background, so even if you don’t know it, you’ll be helping sufferers of Cancer while gaming, reading the news, or maybe even checking on the weather for the weekend.
