Destructoid tells us that this year’s Penny Arcade Expo will be the first public event to host a Fallout 3 demo. We don’t know exactly what will be in the demo, but will hopefully find out when the big event starts (this afternoon). I haven’t raved about PAX, and that’s because of the two big events in the gaming industry (E3 and GC). PAX is always the underdog, along with E 4 All (which is usually a little crap), but for some reason, PAX always pulls through and this year, it’s likely to come through a comfortable second (in front of this year’s E3).
Fallout is a game we’ve all been waiting for and scouting for signs of for a loooong time, and now that we’re about to see a little snippet of the game, the little hope I had in me for that game has been… restored! I was under the impression that it would be axed at the last minute, following it’s apparent absense from th media for a good few months.
Anyway, we’ll keep you posted on the happenings of PAX 08, which is promising to be a good one.
