They told us to expect PlayTV on September 19th, well it’s August now, and it’s already for sale at selected European stores. Including Argos, a popular catalogue shop in the UK. One thing that hasn’t changed, though is the price, which is set firm at £70. A small price to pay for this wonderful technology, although I don’t think I’ll get my hands on one just yet.
Be warned, though, this product isn’t on sale at all stores as yet, but is up for pre-order on Game.co.uk and Play.com, amongst other games retailers. It was confirmed at Leipzig Games Convention that Australian gamers would also receive Sony’s exclusive DVR, but wouldn’t get their hands on the limited edition 160GB model of the PS3.

I’ve seen this in the argos catalogue. It seems at the moment, they do not have thier product on the website, since they HAVE NOT updated thier new stock. It is Definetely in the Catalogue though.
ok, ok… i’m not here for an argument, all i’m saying is that argos actually are selling it…. EARLY!
It isn’t at http://www.argos.co.uk.
Next time specify where you saw it to save confusion….OK.
Not everybody looks through the catalogue
when they are sitting at a computer with internet access.
