Well….
School certainly does take up a lot of time for me, and all the gamers I know hardly even play because of Work or Education. However, I don’t let that bother me, and I still manage to get at least 30 minutes of gaming in between my homwork time *ahem*.
Anyway, here are a few tips [...]

So, some good news at last for those of us who were heartbroken by the news that us Europeans won’t be getting the Database download. But I still don’t understand why there is a further delay. Apparently Konami and SCEA were lagging behind with European PSN releases, and The Metal Gear Database was caught up [...]

I was watching Playr TV yesterday (a rareity, as today’s TV is mostly CRAP LOL) and their Far Cry 2 demo preview really caught my eye. Especially the 50km of open Africa ready to explore. The game seems to be quite free-roaming and the gameplay, although easy to pick up, seems depthy.
This is definitely one [...]

You can find pretty much anything on eBay, from cars to ultra rare video games. So I thought I’d try and bring back some old school gaming memories and went over to eBay looking for some golden oldies.
That’s when I realised that these ‘golden oldies’ were well on their way to becoming ‘platinum oldies’. So, [...]

I thought, with the release of Metal Gear Solid 4, some people would be feeling a little nostalgic, thinkingback to those days when gaming was so simple, so cheap, and fairly unknown. Now, gaming is a pretty big phenomenon these days. In this article, I’m going to go back in time - maybe not that [...]

You heard it folks. As much as Europe is the second biggest gaming continent on Earth, Konami didn’t feel we were special enough to recieve the MGS Databse. If you don’t have a clue what I’m on about, the Metal Gear Solid Database is a free PSN download (the first of many from Konami), which [...]

Independent UK Game retailer has revealed a limited edition Metal gear Solid 4 watch on their website. There are only 500 to go, and I would predict that most if not all of them are sold out. See what I mean about Fanboys?
The watch weighs in at £99.99, that’s about $200 for my US readers, [...]

Konami/Kojima have released their MGS Database on the Japanese PSN Store. The download will include pretty much everything that’s included in the Official Piggyback guide. That means Walkthroughs, Spoilers, Easter Eggs, Secrets and a round-up of the past 3 games’ storyline’s, just to get you in the know if you haven’t played them or you [...]

Title pretty much says it all. This morning, Firmware update 2.36 was released and includes only one update, but an impotant one anyway.
The new update allows for flawless play of some other games of the PlayStation format, such as those oldies you want to pull out such as Tekken Tag Tournament or Street Fighter [...]

I just had a brainwave. If the PlayStation 4 won’t have a disc drive, how will Blu-ray technology live past 2010? Blu-ray’s popularity is growing, but some are still reluctant to buy a player, due to the expense (why not buy a PlayStation 3).
We have to remember that Blu-ray is pretty recent technology and people [...]
