5 Most Anticipated E3 Games… My Way!
This week Gamepot released a list of their ten most anticipated E3 games. Here is their list: Gamespot’s list. I don’t agree with a lot of these, so I’m going to fix it up with my own ‘flava’ if you like. Also, I’m going to remove those Microsucky games from the list and put in the most anticipated PS3 games instead. See what I mean by My Way?
Lets roll.
This game appears on Gamespot’s list and rightly so. This looks to be Lara’s last game, making way for games like Uncharted to take it’s place. Lara’s a little older now, and has finally changed those clothes that she’s drowned in, fell to her death in, been mauled by dinosaurs in etc. I think it deserves recognition and Eidos and Core should be commended for being so consistent.
We’ve seen all the screens, watched all the videos and read all the hype, but we haven’t seen it in action. Street Fighter IV is set to be the most epic and dynamic fighting game this season. Not much more to say here except. SONIC BOOM!
Another one on Gamespot’s list, and it was always going to be on mine. Partly because it’s a PS3 exclusive and the first (Fall of Man) is still one of my favourite games on the console. It looks to be the biggest FPS of next year (CoD5 make way).
A side-scrolling classic brought back to life in 2.5D by classic masters Capcom. Again, not much to say and that’s why I anticipate it: because we don’t know much about it!
Horribly delayed, but well worth it from some gameplay footage I’ve seen. It looks like Haze meets CoD4. The Haze bit not being awful gameplay, but the story and setting.
So that’s my list of 5 most anticipated PS3 E3 games. Most of this list is formed from gameplay footage I;ve seen and will be posting in a future post.
