Haze Unboxed, First Impressions
So, I went over to Blockbusters and rented Haze . I didn’t want to buy it because of that horrid IGN review lol. Here are the pictures. What I really like is the inside left picture, here they are, anyway.
So, I stick the disc in, and start playing. All good (except for the looooong preinstall thingy). I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be. Here are my first impressions:
1. Those Mantel troopers are GHETTO!!!
2. They’re also pretty violent junkies.
3. The graphics in the game don’t seem as good as in the demo. Fishy.
4. The story (so far) is decent.
5. The aiming syustem is WHACK!
6. Without that Nectar you would be ROOOOOBISH!
That’s it. I’m going to give it a go, I’ve got it until Friday night, so I’m going to give it a go and give you a real review later in the week. I’m not the type to rush a game, you see.
PS: I also bought Call of Duty 4 
Isn’t that always the way? You wait 6 months for a game. Read all the hype, hunt down all the shiny-shiny screenshots and gameplay videos you can get your hands on and then…let down. You realise that the marketing guys don’t get paid the big bucks for nothing
Ah well, maybe it’s a ‘grower’ in a year they might be talking about it like its a classic…unlikely though….
