Got back from school today and started playing the Haze Demo - about time too - and I was totally like, WOW!
I got some pics as well, some might not be top notch, buit that’s probably because of the camera - I’m probably going to put some better images up later.
So, it all starts in the jungle, and you’re dropped straight into the fight. The mai objective is to kill every ‘Promised Hand Rebel’ you see and get out of the jungle alive. Using Nectar.
Nectar is a performance enhancing drug which is used by you (the mantel trooper) to ‘Fight the Good Fight’. So, you’re in the jungle, getting high to be able to shoot things better. GREAT!
The gameplay is really simple and easy to adapt to, and the interactive ciematics are a lot of fun. There are some scenes where everything on the screen goes, just like the cinematics in any other game, but in this one, you can actually move. A bit like the Uncharted cinematics.
The visuals are stunning even on an SD TV (like mine : [ ). The voice acting is also vey good. Your companions in battle have humour, life and personality, rather than the type of hard-bitten soldiers we see in other FPS’.
My conclusion: A must download and also, a must preorder.
