You knew what was coming. This is the first in a series of posts, where I will be giving you the info on the hottest PS3 games every month. Here’s the PlayStation 3
Game Charts for March.
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue - £17.98
This game screams one word. BARGAIN. It really is the best deal at the moment, and, as I’ve said, finding a good PlayStation 3 game for under £30 is not an easy task. In a previous post, I admit I was a little bit cynical/critical about this title. Mainly because of the price. But I now realise that there’s no reason to knock a game just for it’s value for money. In my new opinion, this is a must buy. Buy it from Amazon for an extra £7 off.
8/10
Grand Theft Auto IV - £34.99
I think I’ve made myself clear on this PS3 game in a previous post. Remember people, April 29th. That’s only 37 days!!! Stay tuned with PlayStation Heads for updates. I know you know how excited I am, so I’ll stop now before I have an accident .
10/10 (I hope)
Call of Duty 4 - £39.99
When I checked today to see the price of this game I was in shock. The price hasn’t been dropped for the PS3 from £49.99 in shops and £39.99 online. I haven’t played this one yet (waiting for the price to drop), but I think for a game that’s about a month and a half old to stay at it’s starting price, it must be a pretty good game.
(10/10)
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 - £36.98
This game looks AWESOME. Now, AWESOME isn’t a work I use everyday (or ever for that matter), so that is a statement. It was released on the 21st, so I haven’t even demoed it yet, and no one I know has it yet, so there will probably be a review on it soon (hoping to borrow it). I only saw the trailer today and it looks to me a bit like CoD4, I mean the trailer BTW.
8/10
Burnout Paradise - £29.97
This game was released around the same time as CoD4, but the difference is that it’s price has dropped since. It started out at £39.99, and now it’s £30. Check out the full review here.
9/10
So that’s it. I actually enjoyed this one more than the March Blu-Ray Charts, so tell me what you think and which one you prefer. Suggestions for improvement are welcome, so don’t hold back.
